HealthDrive is seeking an Operations Specialist - Clinical Programs to provide administrative support across Value-Based Care, Care Management, and Palliative Care programs. The role emphasizes scheduling, tracking, documentation, and coordination in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare degree preferred.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred.
• Previous administrative, scheduling, customer service, healthcare, or operations experience preferred but not required.
• Previous experience coordinating calendars, appointments, or schedules preferred.
• Previous experience working with physicians, clinicians, or other healthcare professionals preferred.
• Experience using an EMR or other healthcare technology preferred.
• Familiarity with Value-Based Care, Care Management, Palliative Care, or similar clinical programs preferred but not required.
• No professional certification or license required; relevant certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate physician and clinician scheduling for Value-Based Care and other clinical program activities.
• Maintain accurate program schedules, spreadsheets, trackers, task lists, and other operational records.
• Track scheduled, completed, canceled, and outstanding visits or program activities and follow up on incomplete items.
• Support day-to-day Care Management workflows with scheduling, documentation, and coordination.
• Assist with Palliative Care Program operations including referral and visit tracking and communication.
• Communicate professionally with physicians, clinicians, facility staff, and internal stakeholders.
• Update EMR systems, shared files, databases, and program tracking tools.
• Prepare routine reports, schedules, meeting materials, program lists, and other administrative resources.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and escalate to program leadership for resolution.
• Support implementation of new clinical programs and workflow changes by tracking and documenting activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, provider, and organizational information per HIPAA and policies.
• Perform all other duties as required.
