AdaptHealth is seeking an Operations Specialist to support patient care and drive operational excellence across our regions. You will assist with workflow improvements, data entry in EMR systems, and ensuring documentation accuracy to support quality care.

In this role you will review insurance verifications, authorizations, and order accuracy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help maintain HIPAA and infection control standards while meeting performance metrics.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of related work experience required.
• Experience in healthcare admin, billing, or call center preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support regional operations through workflow improvement and training.
• Review and process documentation including insurance verification and authorizations.
• Navigate EMR systems to enter and track patient data.
• Analyze workflows and implement efficiency improvements.
