Job summary

Planet Depos, LLC is seeking an Operations Specialist to join a remote, fast-paced team and deliver exceptional client service. The role emphasizes monitoring urgent communications, managing transcripts, and maintaining operational accuracy under pressure.

You'll work Tuesday-Friday evenings and Saturday shifts with a comprehensive benefits package and a structured training period to build the necessary skills and confidence for independent responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a minimum of three years in a customer service environment.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and promptly respond to urgent emails in public folders and coordinate follow-up.
• Answer after-hours emergency calls and ensure resolution or escalation.
• Build relationships with domestic and international clients, reporters, videographers, interpreters, and vendors.
• Identify resources to cover urgent or time-sensitive requests.
• Format rough drafts and process final transcripts per company standards.
• Provide cross-functional support during peak periods.
• Maintain knowledge of Operations Department protocols and respond to client needs.
• Document and review Job Notes in ReporterBase.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
