Job summary

Hey Lieu is seeking an Operations & Project Manager to oversee cross-department workflows and establish SOPs to scale operations. The role focuses on building foundational systems, documenting processes, and providing weekly project updates with leaders.

Responsibilities include breaking down projects, tracking tasks in Connecteam, supporting HR/finance tasks, and driving operational improvements. This is a remote, full-time contractor position with a focus on scalable, repeatable processes.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience across multiple departments or locations.
• Experience coordinating work across departments and maintaining SOPs.
• Strong written English and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-department work to ensure tasks are completed and not forgotten.
• Break projects into actions, assign owners, set timelines, and follow up until completion.
• Track operations and warehouse issues, assign owners, verify resolution, and report blockers.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose structured improvements to leadership.
• Manage tasks in Connecteam and coordinate with technical team on system projects.
• Support Samsara tasks to ensure compliance with Hours of Service.
