Job summary

L & J Diesel Service in Jacksonville, FL seeks an Operations & Project Assistant to support daily workflows across our diesel e-commerce brand (Dieselogic) and our Turo car rental fleet.

You will manage customer interactions, handle reputation management, RMA/warranty support, order tracking, and coordinate vehicle maintenance and reservations, thriving in a structured, fast-paced environment with strong written communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in customer service, e-commerce support, virtual assistance, or logistics coordination.
• Proficiency with messaging & CRM tools (Podium or similar).
• Strong written English with professional tone and grammar.
• Ability to follow SOPs and identify operational improvements.
• Bonus: Auto/Diesel knowledge or familiarity with related terms.

Responsibilities

• Dieselogic E-Commerce & Sales Operations: Manage inboxes, respond promptly across Podium, webchat, and email.
• RMA & warranty support: guide customers, send forms, log details in task systems.
• Order tracking: monitor status and provide ETAs and resolutions.
• Technical inquiries: verify product fitment using vehicle details and catalogs.
