Job summary

Amwaste LLC is seeking a proactive Shop Maintenance Administrator for our diesel shop to coordinate upkeep, manage parts inventory, and support technicians in delivering top-quality service.

In this role you will maintain records of maintenance work, parts usage and service history, prepare reports for management, and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies while communicating effectively with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance administration, preferably in an automotive or diesel shop environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of diesel engine parts and maintenance procedures is a plus.
• Proficiency in inventory management software.
• MS Office Suite proficiency.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for diesel engines and equipment
• Manage parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking parts supplies
