You will manage customer interactions, process SOP-driven tasks, and help coordinate orders, warranty claims, and fleet reservations.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented multi-taskers with strong written communication skills who can bridge departments and keep daily workflows on track using tools like Wrike, Google Workspace,

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in customer service, e-commerce support, virtual assistance, or logistics coordination.
• Excellent written English with a professional, customer-first tone.
• Ability to follow SOPs and identify operational improvements.
• Experience with automotive parts or car rentals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbox and customer service across channels to deliver timely responses.
• Handle reputation management, reviews, RMA and warranty support, and order tracking.
• Coordinate Turo reservations, guest communications, check-in/out, and vehicle prep.
• Draft internal notes and support daily workflow using Wrike and Google Workspace.
