Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Project Manager to lead design and implementation of technical, operational, and construction projects across a nationwide facility network. You will work with operations, engineering, IT, safety, HR, finance, and customer teams to deliver cost-effective solutions enhancing scalability and performance.

Responsibilities include developing plans and timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while driving operational excellence

Qualifications

• PM certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) required for internal and external candidates.
• 2+ years of project management experience leading technical and construction-related projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience developing project plans, implementation schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and project documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of technical, operational, and construction projects from concept through execution.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and communication plans for successful delivery.
• Coordinate and lead project meetings with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and project teams.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, IT, safety, HR, finance, and customer teams to align objectives.
• Design and evaluate solutions meeting customer requirements with scalability and compliance.
• Conduct analyses, benchmarking, and evaluations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, status updates, business cases, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support facility expansion, construction, and infrastructure projects with contractors and permitting agencies.
• Integrate logistics data and tech-driven solutions into project designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMPs, and regulatory requirements.
