Job summary

Employee Magnets is seeking an Operations Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of multiple projects, monitor progress, deadlines, risks, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, QA, materials, and supply chains.

You will create schedules, manage resources, prepare status reports, and ensure projects meet KPIs and customer expectations while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration/management or related field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Advanced time management and analytical skills.
• Excellent Microsoft skills.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partners with stakeholders & cross-functional teams to identify project tasks, define activities, and lead initiatives.
• Understands customers' expectations and deliverables with awareness of operational impact in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Identifies risks in project schedules and coordinates contingencies with teams.
• Manages day-to-day operational project aspects and scope, using PM tools and skills.
• Ensures project documents are current and stored properly, and cross-checks equipment.
• Creates project Gantt charts and schedules and manages project issues with teams.
• Maintains strong analytical mindset to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Communicates effectively with customers and in-house participants across projects.
• Delivers engaging, well-organized presentations and escalates issues timely.
• Collaborates with Engineering, Operations, QA, Materials, and CI teams to implement improvements.
