Job summary

Id-Logistics is seeking a Project Manager to lead the design and implementation of technical, operational, and construction projects supporting scalable distribution and eCommerce across a nationwide network of facilities.

You will work with operations, engineering, IT, safety, HR, finance, and customer teams to deliver cost-effective solutions, drive performance, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• PMP, CAPM or equivalent project management certification is required for both internal and external candidates.
• 2+ years of project management experience leading technical and construction-related projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience developing project plans, implementation schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and project documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support project implementations and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of technical, operational, and construction-related projects from concept through execution.
• Develop project implementation strategies, plans, timelines, and communication plans.
• Coordinate and lead project meetings with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and project teams.
• Partner with operations, engineering, IT, safety, HR, finance, and customer teams to align project objectives.
• Design and evaluate solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring feasibility, scalability, and compliance.
• Conduct analytical assessments, benchmarking studies, and operational evaluations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare project presentations, status updates, business cases, and recommendations for leadership.
• Support facility expansion, construction, and infrastructure projects, including contractor coordination and permitting.
