FTC Solar, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operation Program Manager to oversee post-sale projects from kickoff through commissioning and transition to operations.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain schedules, manage risks, and serve as the main contact for customers across the Voyager+ and 1P Pioneer Tracker projects. You will engage with multiple departments, require strong communication and organization, and be able to travel for site meetings and construction activities

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, project management or related field.
• 4+ years in PM or a customer-facing role.
• 3–5 years in supply chain operations (preferred).
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of US projects at varying stages to ensure execution and delivery.
• Serve as primary customer contact; provide updates and address concerns.
• Lead external communications with customers, including meeting docs and RFIs.
• Coordinate internal communications with leadership and stakeholders.
