Job summary

ProSolar Systems is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee the full life cycle of commercial solar projects from contract execution to commissioning. You will manage pre-construction activities, coordinate internal teams, and ensure milestones align with client goals and budget.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Travel to job sites and coordination with multiple departments are essential, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Responsibilities

• Create long- and short-term project plans with milestones and deadlines.
• Delegate tasks to team members best positioned to complete them.
• Communicate with executives to align project goals.
• Perform quality control throughout development to maintain standards.
• Maintain change order status and inform Accounts Receivable of pending changes.
• Coordinate with permit package preparer and support regional sales with materials, schedule and costs.
• Track site progress and resolve technical and contractual issues.
