Codeword, a remote-first communications agency, seeks an Operations Program Manager to drive organizational alignment for the Economic & Community Development team. You will structure complex programs, coordinate across regions, and ensure right information reaches the right people at the right time.

You’ll create project plans, leadership materials, and efficient processes to keep priorities moving. You’ll work with stakeholders to keep teams on track, prepare executive briefings, and support

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex programs, projects, or operations.
• Attention to detail with strong follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities.
• Clear, confident communicator who keeps teams aligned.
• Proactive problem solver who brings structure to ambiguity.
• Experience building project plans, trackers, processes, and executive-ready materials.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and coordinating communications.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across ECD initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure progress toward deadlines.
• Track action items, approvals, and deliverables and follow up with stakeholders.
• Gather and synthesize updates from regional and functional teams.
• Create executive-ready briefing materials, presentations, agendas, and pre-reads.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, business reviews, planning sessions, and offsites.
• Maintain trackers, documentation, dashboards, and planning tools.
• Build templates and repeatable processes to improve efficiency.
• Identify risks and roadblocks before they impact delivery.
• Provide constructive feedback to keep projects moving forward.
