Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an Operations Analyst to support data-driven operations and improve program performance. You will build automated reports and Power BI dashboards, transform data sources, and develop scalable workflows that enhance efficiency.

You will work with large datasets, identify trends, and deliver insights for internal teams and external stakeholders. The role requires 5–8 years of experience, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and residency in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

5–8 years of relevant industry experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Advanced skills in Power BI development, Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, complex formulas, etc.) and Power Query required.
Must currently reside in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

Analyze large, complex datasets to drive operational insights and identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers using structured analytical methods.
Design, maintain, and improve new and existing workflows and business processes to increase efficiency.
Build and maintain automated reports and Power BI dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders, detailing operational scorecards and overall program progress.
Create automated and robust data transformations by cleaning, reshaping, and combining data sources.
Assist with recurring and ad-hoc data collection efforts to support internal analysis, audits, and performance tracking.
