Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Mid Office Services Specialist to join its Private Bank team. Based in multiple hub locations, you will manage loan processes from application to booking, coordinating with advisors, underwriting, doc prep, booking and funding teams.

Ideal candidates have lending experience and strong risk management. Core hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific, with potential remote work in select locations as approved and requiring a quiet home workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in lending or private banking preferred.
• Background checks per CFPB regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete highly technical, complex client transactions under limited guidance.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy and proper coding.
• Identify and manage risk with internal/external partners as needed.
• Meet with clients and partners to address and resolve requests.
• Serve as point person for middle-office processes on complex client requests.
• Engage in continuing education to build knowledge and skills.
