The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cost reduction, and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels. You will manage multiple ongoing projects, design staffing plans, and mentor less experienced team members.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in business operations or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret trends and metrics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and develop staffing plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with moderate oversight and collaborate across functions.
• Preferred: Lean or Six Sigma experience; PMP certification; data-analysis tools.
