Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business operations or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of business operations with creative problem solving.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and develop staffing plans.
• Experience identifying and addressing staffing or talent issues.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn metrics into actions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with moderate oversight and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage daily business operations so workflows run smoothly and on schedule.
• Execute operational plans within assigned areas of the organization.
• Resolve a wide range of operational issues with creative, solution-based approaches.
• Develop, document, and implement policies and procedures that improve efficiency.
• Monitor, evaluate, and refine existing processes, procedures, and systems.
• Analyze operational trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design and carry out improvement initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects or programs from planning through completion.
• Build project plans considering staffing, timelines, and dependencies.
• Lead small projects or portions of larger initiatives.
• Identify, track, and report on key performance metrics; prepare leadership dashboards.
