Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business operations or a closely related field.
• Strong analytical skills including ability to interpret trends and metrics and turn them into action.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a moderate level of oversight, and to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage daily business operations so that workflows run smoothly and on schedule.
• Develop, document, and implement policies and procedures that improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• Manage multiple projects or programs from planning through completion.
• Identify and report on key performance metrics and prepare leadership dashboards.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate complex information clearly to varied audiences.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
