• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics into actions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with moderate oversight and collaborate across functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma experience and PMP certification are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage daily business operations to ensure workflows run smoothly.
• Execute operational plans within assigned areas of the organization.
• Identify and resolve operational issues with solution-based approaches.
• Develop, document, and implement policies to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor processes and refine systems for cost reduction.
• Lead projects and programs from planning through completion.
• Create and present performance reports and dashboards to leadership.
• Engage stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
