Job summary

Medcor, Inc. seeks an Operations Manager to oversee on-site health and wellness clinics in the Construction Division across the Southwest and beyond. This full-time role is remote from a home office with substantial travel, including some evenings and weekends as needed.

The ideal candidate will hold an EMT/Paramedic/LPN/LVN or RN license and bring 2–4 years of healthcare operations experience with supervisory responsibility, plus strong budgeting and client-relations skills.

Qualifications

• EMT, Paramedic, LPN/LVN, or RN license is required.
• 2–4 years of practical health care environment experience with supervisory duties.
• Ability to travel up to 75% across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site clinics and supervise staff across multiple sites.
• Develop and manage local and corporate client relationships and budgets.
• Coordinate with corporate office to improve clinic services and outcomes.
• Ensure standard operating procedures are followed and patient care remains compliant.
• Travel as required to visit client sites and clinics.
