Job summary

Medcor is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee multiple occupational health and wellness clinics nationwide. This remote, field-based role requires East Coast residency and up to 75% travel to client sites. You will lead clinics, manage staff, ensure patient care, and maintain contractual obligations.

You will partner with Clinical Affairs, Training, and HR to drive operational improvements, budgets, and client relationships while delivering strong financial performance across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Working knowledge of occupational health, employee wellness, and workers' compensation.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage operations across multiple locations.
• Strong budgets, financial reporting, and operational metrics understanding.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple clinics.
• Ensure clinics operate efficiently and in line with standards and contracts.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, patient experiences, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with Clinical Affairs, HR, Training and other departments to support operations.
• Ensure staffing, supplies, equipment, and resources are adequate.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
