Medcor is hiring an Operations Manager for its Construction Health & Safety Division. The role oversees multiple onsite clinics, manages client relationships, and leads a team across full-time and contract staff with substantial travel across the U.S.—up to 75%.

Remote home-office work and residency in Western or Northern Texas are required. Applicants must hold EMT, Paramedic, LPN/LVN, or RN licensure, have 2–4 years in healthcare with supervisory experience, and be ready for a 83k–89k annual

Formación

• 2-4 years of practical experience in a health care environment or employee health services with management/supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage local and corporate client relationships.
• Lead staff at clinic sites, supervising recruitment, training and performance.
• Monitor budgets and control expenses in collaboration with leadership.
• Ensure SOPs are in place and clinics grow volumes and services.
• Travel up to 75% to visit client sites and clinics.
• Coordinate with Medcor corporate to improve clinic services.
• Set up, mobilization and demobilization of onsite clinics.
• Support staffing, IT coordination, and supplies across sites.
