Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking an experienced Holiday Let Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing UK short-term rental portfolio. You are highly organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will manage listings on Airbnb and Booking.com, coordinate with Lodgify, PriceLabs and ChargeAutomation, ensure calendars are accurate, and maintain compliance across multiple properties while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in holiday lets, serviced accommodation, or short-term rental ops.
• Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, Lodgify, or similar channel managers.
• Experience with PriceLabs or similar dynamic pricing tools.
• Experience with guest messaging automation platforms such as ChargeAutomation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of UK holiday lets and serviced accommodation.
• Oversee Airbnb and Booking.com accounts and calendar accuracy.
• Coordinate Lodgify channel manager and pricing tools for listings.
• Handle guest communications via chat and phone professionally.
• Schedule cleaning, maintenance, and coordinate with contractors.
• Onboard new properties, create listings, photos, descriptions, pricing.
• Ensure compliance docs (gas certificates, insurance) are up to date.
• Monitor costs and identify process improvements.
