Job summary

PNC is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Wire Administration, based remotely in the United States. You will oversee workflow, manage the operations team, and ensure accurate processing of transactions while guiding improvements and risk mitigation.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, ACH familiarity, and preferably AAP certification. You will coach staff, lead meetings, and collaborate with service partners to implement changes, while adhering to SOPs and enterprise risk

Qualifications

• Related experience required (3+ years).
• Experience with ACH preferred.
• AAP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations workflow and owns the execution of transactions/processes. Manages direct reports on the operations team.
• Manages and is responsible for achieving desired business results. Assists team members with escalated issues and may partner internally to resolve escalations.
• Provides coaching and development to team members. Leads team meetings and continuous improvement sessions.
• Provides consultation and advice to service partners and customers; may lead improvement initiatives and update SOPs.
• Reviews transactions and reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality and ensure compliance; manages risk mitigation activities.
