Job summary

Your responsibilities include coaching staff, addressing escalations, and driving continuous improvements. AAP certification and ACH experience are preferred; 3+ years of related work are typical.

Qualifications

• Experience managing operations workflow and risk in financial services.
• Ability to coach and develop team members and lead process improvements.
• Familiarity with ACH operations and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities
