Qualifications

• 7+ years of people management experience in healthcare.
• Experience in quality assurance to support accurate utilization decisions based on guidelines.
• Minimum of two years' Medicaid experience in Prior Authorization/Utilization Review preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and back-office software.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated initiative to implement operating policies and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide your team to deliver superior service and achieve account goals and outcomes.
• Manage performance and engagement of staff, optimize processes, and maintain high quality standards.
• Establish routines, use reporting to drive team performance, and coach to ensure engagement and client satisfaction.
• Cultivate relationships with account leaders and partners to improve delivery of services.
• Identify and manage risks and implement mitigation strategies to improve performance.
