Qualifications

• 7+ years of people management experience in healthcare.
• Experience with Medicaid Prior Authorization/Utilization Review preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; back-office operations software helpful.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and lead teams of leaders and individual contributors for day-to-day operations delivery.
• Establish routines and use reporting tools to drive team performance and client satisfaction.
• Cultivate relationships with account leaders to improve delivery of services and capabilities.
• Ensure SLAs are met and drive efficiency through standard operating procedures.
• Remove obstacles, drive change, and align staff with business goals.
• Identify and mitigate existing and emerging risks to improve performance.
