Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC in Warwick, RI seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead Provider Enrollment and Call Center operations. You will oversee daily activities, develop leaders, strengthen client relationships, and push continuous improvements in quality and performance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage KPIs, and drive strategic initiatives to support growth and client success. This role requires onsite work 3 days/week in Rhode Island.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years leading healthcare operations or contact center operations.
• 3+ years guiding managers and large teams in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience driving KPIs, SLAs, workforce planning, budgets, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Provider Enrollment and Call Center operations.
• Build, coach, and develop managers and frontline staff for accountability.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to solve operational challenges.
• Drive process improvements to raise quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs to support growth.
