Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a senior operations leader for its Sonexus Access and Patient Support hub. You will oversee enrollment, eligibility, and reimbursement processes, directing managers and teams to deliver high-quality patient services with a focus on efficiency and cost control.

You will work remotely in the United States, travel ~20%, and contribute to strategic client reporting while supporting margins and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of customer service, operations, insurance, reimbursement and/or account management experience in healthcare preferred.
• Patient Hub Services experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field preferred; graduate degree strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of the specialty drug product marketplace, health insurance claims processing, and commercialization of products and working with pharma manufacturers is a plus.
• Preference for understanding development and implementation of Co-Pay, Access/HUB vendor selection and management and specialty pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of the Patient Services hub market and the pharmaceutical industry.
• Lead and manage high performing operational teams focused on patient enrollment and eligibility reimbursement.
• Oversee hub operations including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Determine hub operational strategies, conduct capacity planning, and evaluate new technologies.
• Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and drive process improvement and quality assurance.
• Develop client relationships and provide subject matter expertise in reporting and analytics.
• Travel approximately 20% as needed.
