Job summary

Providence is seeking a Senior Manager Quality - Remote to lead Operational Excellence for Patient Access Services across states. You will manage teams, drive process improvements, oversee Epic enhancements, and guide training, data analysis, and compliance within Revenue Cycle operations.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, HR management, and standardization of complex workflows, with a focus on patient access outcomes and cost efficiency in a large healthcare system.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Patient Access Services or Revenue Cycle.
• 10+ years in a large healthcare delivery system.
• 6+ years of management experience.
• Experience with registration, scheduling, front desk check-in, authorization, denials, and insurance billing.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission, EMTALA, HIPAA, CMS and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Patient Access Services teams across multiple states to ensure high quality operations.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives and Epic enhancements; drive training and education.
• Analyze data to identify trends and inform strategic planning and HR decisions.
• Develop and standardize processes across complex systems to optimize workflows.
