Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an hands-on Operations Manager to own US production, inventory, fulfilment, and logistics through outsourced partners. You will be the main day-to-day owner, responsible for performance, accuracy, and reporting, working during US Eastern hours and coordinating with an Australia-based team.

This is a senior, ownership-focused role requiring 5+ years in fulfilment or logistics, with experience managing US 3PLs and co-manufacturers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fulfilment, logistics, inventory, or production.
• Experience managing US-based 3PL and co-manufacturers.
• 2–3 years at manager level owning outsourced 3PL relationships.
• Strong English communication and reporting.
• Evidence of independent ownership and KPI accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day US operations across 3PL and co-manufacturer relationships.
• Set daily priorities and hold partners to commitments.
• Report on dispatches, inventory, and fulfillment performance.
• Drive corrective actions for stockouts and delays.
• Coordinate multi-channel fulfilment including DTC, wholesale, and Amazon.
