Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize US 3PL operations, including piece pick fulfillment and key account logistics strategy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level escalation issues and 3PL performance failures.
• Make real-time operational decisions on inventory, courier routing, and vendor management to protect client SLAs.
• Identify bottlenecks, perform root-cause analyses, and implement long-term corrective solutions.
• Conduct regular on-site warehouse visits to audit processes and manage 3PL relationships.
• Negotiate with 3PL partners and major couriers to improve regional e-commerce fulfillment.
• Lead end-to-end projects to scale operations and drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for Operations Manager to overseas our overall US 3PL Operations in order to foster strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure the successful delivery of our products/services.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Oversee and optimize overall US 3PL operations, piece pick fulfillment, and key account logistics strategy.
• Escalation Management: Act as the primary point of contact for handling high-level escalation issues, systemic carrier delays, or critical 3PL performance failures.
• Decision-Making: Empowered to make real‑time operational decisions regarding inventory, courier routing, and vendor management to protect client SLAs.
• Strategic Problem‑Solving: Identify systemic operational bottlenecks, conduct root‑cause analysis on recurring logistics errors, and implement long‑term corrective solutions.
• Warehouse Oversight & Visits: Conduct regular on‑site visits to the regional warehouse to audit processes, manage the 3PL relationship, and resolve complex structural issues on the floor.
• Vendor & Courier Relations: High‑level negotiation and relationship management with 3PL partners and major courier networks to improve regional e-commerce fulfillment.
• Process Engineering: Lead end‑to‑end project management initiatives to scale operations, implement new technologies, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Location: Must be located in the Los Angeles (LA) metropolitan area to accommodate regular, short‑notice warehouse visits.
• Experience: Demonstrated management‑level experience in logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, or 3PL warehouse operations.
• Leadership & Decision‑Making: Proven ability to take ownership, make critical decisions under pressure, and manage cross‑functional projects independently.
• Advanced Problem‑Solving Skills: Exceptional critical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities with a proven track record of resolving complex, multi‑party supply chain crises.
• Data‑Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPI metrics, operational budgeting, and performance reporting.
