Job summary

&Open is growing in the US and seeks a Logistics Coordinator to act as the on-site presence at our 3PL partner's Chattanooga facility, ensuring inventory accuracy, on-time orders and quick resolution of issues before they reach clients.

This hybrid role blends remote coordination with 1–2 on-site days, cross-training to support our Customer Support team, and collaboration across the US, Dublin and our Australian partners to keep warehouse operations moving around the clock.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
• Experience with a 3PL and the ability to hold a partner to account professionally.
• Proficient with a WMS and order management systems; strong Excel or Google Sheets.
• Customer-focused mindset; customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management; ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Clear communicator who can work independently and with teams across US and Dublin.
• Comfortable on a warehouse floor and able to stand for long periods.
• Flexible to work later hours or extra on-site days during peak periods.
• Based within commuting distance of Chattanooga, TN, authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Be on-site at our 3PL partner’s facility: walk the floor, build strong relationships, and elevate issues quickly.
• Oversee inbound receiving: track ASNs, match deliveries to PO, ensure stock is booked in the WMS on time.
• Own inventory accuracy: run spot checks, support cycle counts, reconcile stock between warehouse and platform.
• Monitor outbound orders against shipping SLAs and resolve delays or packing errors.
• Quality-check kitting, assembly and bulk orders before shipment for time-sensitive campaigns.
• Resolve delivery exceptions with carriers and warehouse, including lost or damaged parcels and returns.
• Provide Customer Support cover in US hours and manage tickets after Dublin team signs off.
• Keep data accurate across WMS, Odoo, ClickUp and build reporting on warehouse performance.
• Support stock moves, peak planning and process improvements; cover teammates during holidays.
