Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• 7+ years of surveillance experience.
• Active Texas Class C PI license or willingness to obtain.
• Resides in Texas and holds a Texas license.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Training investigators on equipment use, best practices, and safety.
• Provide timely, consistent communication on expectations and performance.
• Plan surveillance strategies and audit GPS data for optimal coverage.
• Schedule cases and investigators to meet client needs and company goals.
• Review and edit written timelines and reports for clients.
• Approve payroll and expenses for investigators.
• Oversee projects and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and services.
