Job summary

The ideal candidate has extensive surveillance operations experience, with strong skills in staffing, case strategy, and client management, and the ability to develop leaders and drive performance across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of corporate management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience with internal and external partners.
• Experience in insurance claims investigation or risk mitigation preferred.
• Licensed Private Investigator where state-mandated.

Responsibilities

• Direct surveillance and field investigation operations across markets.
• Provide leadership on critical, high-priority investigations, including deployment planning.
• Establish standards for lawful surveillance practices and licensing requirements.
• Coach and develop Operations Managers and field leadership.
• Oversee investigator coverage, staffing, and resource management.
• Identify trends and drive continuous improvement across operations.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to resolve service concerns.
