The RMG Group, a fully remote company serving diverse clients, seeks an Operations Coordinator, Client Services to support cross-functional teams and ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget deliverables. You will help problem-solve, maintain documentation, and administer our ERP platform, reporting to the VP of Client Services.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive communicators with strong project-management experience and comfort with QuickBooks and accounting tasks as needed.

• Ability to work remote, this is a fully remote position

• Proven success in Operations and Project Management roles
• Bookkeeping experience is a plus, QuickBooks experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and support day-to-day project operations
• Report to key stakeholders, keeping them informed on progress
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation
• Flag and escalate issues before they become problems
• Administration of a custom ERP platform
• Collaborate with the BizOps team to manage access for staff and clients
• Support continuous improvements of operational processes and workflows
• Gain familiarity with accounting practices and tools in collaboration with Accounting Managers
