The RMG Group is a family-owned, 100% remote accounting and advisory firm serving diverse small businesses. We seek a senior accounting leader with 7+ years in operations across multiple industries to mentor teams, drive process improvements, and oversee complex financial workflows.

Strong communication, project management, and technical skills are essential. Ideal candidates have a degree in accounting or finance (CPA candidate a plus) and proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, and ERP

Qualifications

• 7+ years of graduated experience in small business accounting operations across industries.
• Understanding of general accounting principles and their application.
• Not-for-profit, sales tax compliance and multi-state considerations.
• Experience with real estate development, startups, SaaS, franchises is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams across functions.
• Oversee multi-team operations and drive process improvements.
• Support decision-making with accurate financial data and insights.
• Manage inventory, ecommerce and related accounting workflows across entities.
