PeoplePartners is seeking a US Client Success & Operations Coordinator for a fully remote, night-shift role. You will bridge client success with operations, ensuring onboarding through ongoing delivery stays on track and deadlines remain visible.

You’ll escalate issues when needed and maintain clear records across CRM and documents. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in client-focused roles, strong communication, organization, and the ability to juggle multiple engagements while upholding

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in Client or Customer Success, Account Coordination, Operations, Client Services, Administration, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Comfortable communicating with clients via email, phone, and video calls.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential client information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Keep clients informed of next steps, meetings, deadlines, and outstanding requirements.
• Follow up on missing documents, approvals, and action items.
• Support new-client onboarding and internal hand offs.
• Monitor client workflows, deadlines, dependencies, and outstanding tasks.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and client information.
• Coordinate meetings, reminders, and follow-up activities.
• Identify stalled tasks, workflow bottlenecks, and potential delays.
• Escalate technical or complex client matters to the appropriate team members.
• Prepare correspondence, trackers, and client-facing documents.
• Support operational and client reporting.
• Maintain process and workflow documentation.
• Coordinate across client-facing, operational, and technical teams.
