The role requires high-volume communication with insurance companies, flagging stalled jobs, and driving answers by phone and email.

You’ll coordinate with sales, field technicians, and the invoicing team to move jobs forward.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations coordination or claims coordination in construction, restoration, roofing, or insurance-related services.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls to insurance companies, adjusters, and internal team members.
• Highly organized with the ability to track multiple active jobs at different stages simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log incoming jobs, verifying they meet criteria and moving them into the active pipeline.
• Track all active jobs through intake, inspection, submission, appraisal, and invoice; maintain an up-to-date tracker.
• Coordinate with sales to confirm inspection dates and document transitions as milestones are hit.
• Contact insurance companies to request and obtain claim documents and numbers; follow up regularly.
• Coordinate with field technicians to ensure data capture and generate inspection reports and estimates.
• Monitor appraisal progress and communicate status to internal teams; hand off to invoicing upon approval.
