Remote Raven is seeking a candidate to support our accounting and administrative operations from anywhere in the United States. The role centers on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting, with about one-third of time spent on property management admin tasks.

We value intelligence, energy, and fast learning over resumes. You’ll start with processing invoices, assist AP/AR, and maintain data entry and file organization.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we train you on everything.
• Some accounting or administrative experience is a great foundation.
• Property management familiarity is a meaningful plus.
• Licensed CPA is advantageous for growth within the role.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor and contractor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Support general accounting data entry and file maintenance.
• Handle property management administrative tasks — ~one-third of time.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and vendors.
