Job summary

Remote Raven is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for office, administrative, and remote-eligible roles across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers and our talent sourcer, handling applications, screenings, offers, and onboarding while ensuring US EEO-compliant practices.

This 100% remote position requires maintaining compliant documentation, timely communication, and a steady workflow of 2 to 4 open requisitions at any time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience including screening, coordination, and management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of US employment law and EEO-compliant interviewing practices.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and manage candidate records in ATS.
• Conduct independent phone screens with standardized questions.
• Coordinate interviews and provide written summaries to hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process and provide timely updates.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, coordinate pre-employment steps, and onboard new hires.
• Ensure compliance and defensible hiring practices across all steps.
