Job summary

Wonderly is hiring early-career generalists to tackle a variety of operational problems across the company, from sales to finance ops. You will own problems, ship solutions, and move quickly to the next challenge, often doing hands-on work like talking to business owners, writing SQL, and building tools.

You will interact with multiple functions as you grow, taking on different priorities and owning outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years at a top startup in a generalist, ops, or chief-of-staff-style role.
• Top consulting with outcomes ownership and impact-driven work.
• Experience running a business or business ops at a fast-moving company.
• Ability to think in systems and make decisions with incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Talk to service business owners, get them set up, monitor their numbers, and intervene when something's off.
• Tackle high-leverage problems across departments as the company grows.
• Fix processes by building tools, dashboards, and docs as needed.
• Own a problem end-to-end, ship a solution, then move to the next one.
