Job summary

Vero Networks is seeking an FP&A Analyst to partner with the corporate Finance team and provide dedicated analytics for one operating unit. You will model, forecast, and report on financial performance while aligning with corporate FP&A processes and consolidated reporting.

The role emphasizes operational and financial analytics, dashboard automation, and variance analysis, serving as the primary financial analytics contact for the unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–4 years FP&A, financial modeling, or corporate finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query).
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools and large datasets.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain monthly P&L reports with variance analysis.
• Develop bottom-up forecasts and long-term financial models.
• Analyze financial and operational performance with unit leaders.
• Conduct scenario analysis for initiatives, capex, and expansions.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for key metrics.
