Job summary

Electrify America, LLC is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the Commercial team by managing Salesforce data, reporting processes, Tableau dashboards, and recurring business analytics. You will create, maintain, and analyze reports that provide visibility into operational and commercial metrics and translate complex data into clear insights for managers and cross-functional stakeholders.

This remote US role requires strong analytical skills, experience with CRM data, Jira ticket

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, reporting, data analytics, or sales operations analytics.
3+ years of experience creating, analyzing, and presenting operational or commercial reports using CRM data and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyze Salesforce reports to support commercial operations and leadership visibility.
Create recurring and ad hoc analytical reports summarizing trends, risks, and opportunities.
Maintain Tableau dashboards and ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with business needs.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define KPIs.
Prepare data-driven presentations and updates for management and cross-functional stakeholders.
