Vero Fiber Networks Holdings seeks a Finance Associate to join our remote U.S. team, reporting to the EVP of Finance.

The role covers budgeting, forecasting, and deal support across VFN Holdings and subsidiaries, with exposure to finance leadership and the board reporting process. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in corporate finance/FP&A or related advisory, strong modeling and Excel, and the ability to communicate with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 2–5 years in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or advisory.
• Strong modeling skills with driver-based forecasting; telecom or infra exposure is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills with attention to detail; AI tools a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to senior leadership and lenders.
• Self-starter who thrives in a growing company with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Planning & Forecasting: support annual budgets and rolling forecasts for all entities.
• Management & Lender Reporting: prepare budget-to-actual analyses with clear commentary.
• Financial Modeling & Deal Support: build/maintain models for M&A and capital planning.
• Treasury & Compliance Support: assist liquidity forecasting and debt compliance.
• Track operating metrics like ARPU, churn, and subscriber economics for leadership.
• Collaborate with accounting on monthly close and alignment to budget.
• Enhance finance processes and reporting for scalable growth.
• Partner with treasury, accounting, and operations on forecasting and funding.
