Job summary

Valeris, Inc. seeks an Operations Manager to oversee shared services, map processes, and drive improvements across programs. You’ll work with functional leads, directors, and the quality team to enhance patient and provider experiences and meet client objectives.

This remote role requires leading the Operations Excellence team, developing SOPs, monitoring performance, and implementing scalable solutions while adhering to policies and risk controls, with occasional travel to HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
• 3-4 years of Program Management experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management.
• PMP valued but not required; travel to HQ as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
• Create detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and outcomes to support project development and implementation.
• Propose and implement solutions that align with business goals, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead the vision for the Operations Excellence team and drive assigned performance responsibilities of team through supervisors.
• Monitor and report on program statistics and metrics identifying process inefficiencies and influence internal partners through fact-based recommendations to management on process improvements.
