Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven success as a people manager.
• Experience with medical records or healthcare setting.
• Strong Excel and data reporting experience.
• Ability to travel to client sites.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational performance of client accounts to meet revenue targets.
• Monitor efficiency via reporting; analyze productivity and financial metrics.
• Communicate inefficiencies and drive corrective actions with Directors.
• Lead client relationships and ensure high service levels.
• Prepare weekly dashboards and month-end performance reports.
• Coordinate staff staffing, onboarding, training, and performance.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and company policies.
• Travel to client sites as needed to resolve issues.
