SEVARO is seeking a Manager of Clinical Operations & Quality to support and optimize telehealth programs nationwide. This role involves leading implementation projects, driving quality improvement efforts, and managing relationships with hospital partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare quality management, preferably within a stroke or neurology program.
• 2 years of demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage telehealth implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
• Monitor clinical quality metrics and maintain accurate case documentation.
• Serve as a primary operational contact for Sevaro clinicians.
