Job summary

The Oregon Lottery is hiring a Manager, Business Enablement to join the Operations team in a hybrid position. This role will oversee the Business Enablement team, drive cross-functional collaboration, and improve operational efficiency.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Operations, you will develop and execute plans, analyze KPIs, and ensure processes align with regulations while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture. Occasional on-site travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five years in operations, business analysis, program management, or process optimization.
• Three years of supervisory or management experience.
• Eight years of progressive operations, business analysis, or process optimization with three years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Enablement team to drive cross-functional collaboration and high performance.
• Develop and execute operational plans aligned with business strategy and evaluate results.
• Analyze KPIs and prepare reports to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
• Ensure processes comply with gaming regulations and internal policies.
