Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the fulfillment center and oversee lottery ticket order processing.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members for improved performance.
• Establish best-practice framework and SOPs for optimal efficiency of the fulfillment center.
• Manage employee scheduling, timecard approvals, and maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
• Oversee facility management, coordinating with local lottery representatives and handling maintenance.
• Execute cash balance reporting and support daily fulfillment center initiatives.
• Communicate with regional and senior management to ensure alignment.
